Abha Kankane offers premium, personalized 1-on-1 private home tutoring services for school-going students in Grades 1 through 12, as well as specialized diploma candidates. Taught subjects include Mathematics, Science, Computer Science & IT (including Python, C++, and database programming), English, Hindi, and Social Studies. Tutoring is conducted offline via home visits within designated residential sectors of Jabalpur (including Gada Ganga Nagar, Ayushi Palm Green, Madan Mahal, Vijay Nagar, Napier Town, and Wright Town).

To ensure learning compatibility and evaluate the student's conceptual base, we offer a **Free 1-Hour Trial Demo Class** at your residence. This trial is completely free of charge and carries no binding obligations. Ongoing monthly scheduling and tuition fee rates will be mutually agreed upon only after the successful completion of the demo session.

To maintain steady academic progress, consistency is crucial. The following scheduling policies apply to all active batches:

• Rescheduling Notice: Parents must notify the tutor **at least 2 hours in advance** if a scheduled session needs to be cancelled or postponed.
• Late Notice / No Shows: If notification is given less than 2 hours before the scheduled class time, or if the student is absent without notice when the tutor arrives, the session may be counted as conducted.
• Tutor Rescheduling: In the rare event that the educator needs to reschedule due to an emergency or health reasons, parents will be notified well in advance, and a makeup slot will be coordinated.

To maintain a safe, professional, and comfortable learning environment for both the student and the educator, **a parent, guardian, or responsible adult family member must be physically present at home** for the entire duration of each home tutoring session. Sessions cannot be conducted if the student is entirely alone in the residence.

Tuition fees are structured as a monthly package, determined by the student's class level, syllabus board, and the number of sessions scheduled per week:

• Billing Cycle: Fee structures and payment cycles (monthly in advance or upon completion of 10-session cycles) will be aligned and confirmed in writing after the demo class.
• Mode of Payment: We accept cash, direct bank transfers, or UPI payments (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
• Refunds: Tuition fees paid are strictly non-refundable once active tutoring sessions for the billing cycle have commenced.

Either the parent or the educator may choose to discontinue the home tutoring services at any time. To facilitate a smooth transition, allow standard final assessments, and respect scheduling buffers, we request a **1-week prior verbal or written notice** from either party before terminating the tuition arrangement.
